The Dobson Ranch Home was a renovation project with a primary focus on transforming the aesthetic from a traditional to modern feel. Upgrades to the home include gut remodel of master bathroom and bedroom with Calacatta marble & brushed nickel finishes, wood tile plank flooring throughout the home, addition of laundry room to relocate laundry machines from garage to interior of home, Pella windows installation, new roof and new HVAC mechanicals. The outdoor pool equipment was also replaced and upgraded with modern filtration system, auto leveling & salt water technology. Upon sale in 2021, this home set the bar for highest price per square foot in the Dobson Ranch community.
The Gilbert Home was a full interior gut remodel project, removing all existing structural elements down to the studs. This included the removal and relocation of the interior/exterior load-bearing wall. The owners's desire to have a sleek modern interior with high end finishes was fulfilled with a chef's kitchen to include WOLF & Sub Zero appliance package & waterfall marble kitchen island. The master bathroom featured massive walk in shower with multiple showerheads, marble finishes & radiant heat flooring. Another elegant touch that was added was LED lighting under marble countertop and along the staircase that was custom designed & hand built with decorative metal rails.
This exciting new project is a custom home in the foothills of the Superstition Mountains, boasting 6,310 sqft under roof with 3,700 sqft livable space. The floor plan boasts an open floor plan with 10'-12' ceilings throughout, 20 ft multislide door in great room, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half bathrooms, a game room/study, 4 car garage and an attached 1 BR/1 BA Guest Suite. The plans are currently approved by Pinal County.
